Obama's Failed Experiment

America's permanent welfare class has launched a new, post-flash-mob method of sponging directly from taxpayers that eschews stealing via corrupt politicians who take their own cut of the mordida.  This is a natural evolution of the now defunded ACORN-style theft.  Without taxpayer subsidies, the grifter organization folded its tent, leaving thousands of professional apartment squatters, shoplifters, addicts, pickpockets, and prostitutes with no use for their abundant spare time.  Now, they no longer need the thinly guised pretense of a national organization; their former members can engage directly in bloodsucking without contributing to a parent society.   

The remains of that society still exists within the Democratic Party, populated by academics, cultural Marxists, environmental wackos, progressives, radical feminists, socialists, and totalitarians.  These secular evangelists believe that their theft-by-proxy religion is a holy cause.  Enamored of the promise of a utopian society and aided by a complicit mainstream media, leftist ideologues constantly assail free-market capitalism, the Constitution, religion, and individual responsibility.  Their actions are rooted in and justified by a dogmatic ideology.  Their ideology is a charade providing a self-serving presumption of moral superiority to others.

These left-wing elites have enthusiastically enslaved themselves to a cause that will prove their undoing and dismantle the republic.  They are John Kerry, Bill Clinton, Nancy Pelosi, Warren Buffett, George Soros, Garrison Keillor, Ben Bernanke, Michael Moore, Oprah, and the other blathering bobbleheads in the lapdog media.  They promote mutually assured mediocrity by legislating equal outcomes for unequal productivity and replacing serendipitous variety with rigidly enforced hierarchal diversity.  They revere multiculturalism and devalue their own culture; they have imposed oppressive systems on themselves; they have catapulted an inexperienced, underequipped, indecisive, conniving, awkward, sinister, spiteful man—Barack Obama—to the US presidency.

This is the man who would by now have created millions of green jobs, single-handedly stopped the oceans from rising, and kept unemployment below 8% except for a band of 70 Tea Party bullies who keep tugging cruelly at his tutu as he tries to convince the public that if we just keep conducting the failed experiment that is Barack Obama, someday, somehow, somewhere he will eventually get it right.  Now, he wants another stimulus.

Just shut up, Obama.  When he launches into his teleprompter enhanced, deliriously self-absorbed, elitist pieties, his chief of staff should grab him by his tie and slap his face until he stops talking down at Americans as though we are simplistic children who need to be nagged and lectured until we are illuminated by his omniscience.  This Wall Street Journal article exposes the glaring flaws in O-buma’s latest excuse for borrowing another half-trillion dollars to fund yet another stimulus swindle.

If President Obama's economic policies have had a signature flaw, it is the conceit that…by spending more on this program or cutting that tax for a year, Washington can manipulate the $15 trillion U.S. economy to grow.  He now admits the damage that overregulation can do, though he can't do much to stop it without repealing his own legislative achievements.  He now acts as if he believes that taxes matter to investment and hiring, at least for the next year.  And he now sees the wisdom of fiscal discipline, albeit starting only in 2013, just after his increasingly unlikely re-election.

Team Obama is a one-trick pony whose trick does not work.  O-buma believed that he could be all things to all people through Robbing Hood progressivism.  The pony broke his leg trying to dance too cleverly.  In 2012, he will be put out to pasture.

Leftist Jackboots and a Nation in Peril

The Hun is within the city walls.  The O-bumites have assembled a collection of Hate-America traitors and saboteurs who are striving relentlessly to dismantle the nation.  Unemployment is 9.1%, and this article reveals that O-buma thinks that this is too low.  To help push us farther down the slippery slope of national ruin, the genius in the White House has nominated John Bryson, a progressive who advocates global wealth redistribution and climate justice for all, to head the Commerce Department.

He is a co-founder of the National Resources Defense Council, perhaps the most anti-energy, anti-growth progressive group on the planet.  His anti-free market philosophies are consistent with what the Obama administration is doing by restricting offshore drilling and drilling in places like ANWR.

Bryson supports renewable energy mandates, a carbon tax hiding behind cap-and-trade legislation, a global redistribution of wealth, fighting climate change and restricting domestic development of our vast fossil fuel resources. He is President Obama's ideal nominee, and he is a saboteur who hopes to stall our economic engine.

Investor’s Business Daily points out to the progressive Luddites who are the architects of our economic decline that It’s the Policy, Stupid.  With GDP growing at an anemic 1.8% in the first quarter and a similar performance anticipated for the second, a double dip recession is looming.  The economy is simply not producing enough jobs to pull us out of our economic malaise.

According to the Congressional Budget Office, O-buma’s malicious meddling has cost the economy over $760 billion in lost economic output in the past two years — and millions of jobs—can anyone believe this is by accident?  By failing to alleviate the uncertainty businesses are feeling, Washington continues to stifle hiring," said Chamber of Commerce economist Martin Regalia.  

That businesses are not expanding and hiring new workers is a damning indictment of Obama's big-spending, high-debt, Keynesian strategy.  [It] has emerged as one of the great failures of economic policy-making in modern times.  Could all of O-buma's highly educated policy wonks be so feckless and inept, or is this situation contrived?

Theftocrats’ economically treasonous ways are acts of both omission and commission.  They continue to press their collective jackboot on the throat of the nation’s producers with confiscatory taxation and oppressive regulation at a time when it appears that we are slipping into another recession.  The Washington Times argues that helpful steps could be taken.  How is it that there are 77,000 federal employees who earn more than the country’s governors?

O-buma could use his executive privilege to decrease the compensation packages of the top 5% of federal bureaucrats by 20% and lower the pay of the next 5% by 10%.  A prudent government would eliminate and de-fund the federal departments of Education, Energy, and the Department of Housing and Urban Development.  Doing this would significantly decrease deficit spending.

The Education Department is illegal.  The Constitution’s enumerated powers do not authorize the federal government to regulate education.  The Department of Energy was created to end America’s dependence on foreign oil.  It is a failed experiment.  As for HUD, consider Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac’s highly successful welfare housing programs.

Ah, but The One will not act for the country's benefit; he will continue to fiddle as he causes the nation to burn.  His aura of incompetence obfuscates his schemes to devolve America into a second-rate, third-world country, to punish us for being the most successful democratic experiment in history.  Thus is the O-bumatrons’ Hopenchange.

Do Obumoids Dream of Electric Sheep?

Except when corrupt politicians skew data by limiting research only to convenient information, overemphasizing or deempathizing it, and under or overstating projections and intentions, the Congressional Budget Office historically has been the nation's most reliable predictor of how federal policies will affect the economy.

In his State of the Union address, O-buma claimed that in 2010 jobs would be his main focus.  What he did not tell us was that his plans will mean fewer rather than more jobs.  The O-bumites are pushing what they call "green jobs."  This term is oxymoronic on at least two points.  First, the so-called jobs are mostly bureaucratic positions that are little more than overhead borne by taxpayers.  Second and most important, the CBO advises that these policies will result in a "decline in employment."

Once again, the sheeple claim that less is more.

The green jobs hustle has already failed in Spain, Germany, and Denmark, so why would the Kenyan Genius Messiah pursue a failed experiment?  Because he can and because we allow government to herd us around like pigeons looking for peanuts.

Due to our apathetic lack of resolve and commitment, we have allowed the Party-of-Government Congressional Theftocrats to give themselves a license to steal.  When they enact policies that, oh darn the luck, increase unemployment, they benefit from it by adding to the numbers of people who are dependent on their brand of government.

CBO also projects that because O-buma and his merry band of thieves are squandering America's future we will, in less than ten years, have accumulated debt totaling 90% of our GDP.  Margaret Thatcher was right, we are running out of other people's money.

Hopefully, people are also running out of patience with Communist Charlie Crist.  Now, he is comparing himself with Abraham Lincoln.  Charlie, Charlie, have ye no shame? 

Another group that suffers from his sort of messianic neuroses is the National Education Association.  They have devalued religion and religious ethical precepts--they make a special exception for Islam and its Sharia law--in favor of paganism.  This is part of their No-Standard-is-too-Low strategy of indoctrinating rather than educating children.  Unholywood is leading the charge.

For everyone who has been threatened by rogue or feral animals while exercise walking, hiking, or jogging, it is possible to do so in relative safety.

A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.
